Jim Rash and Nat Faxon's gentle coming-of-age comedy The Way, Way Back evokes obvious comparisons with indie **Juno **and Little Miss Sunshine, its stablemates at indie house Fox Searchlight. The writer/directors are hot off their Oscar triumph and have a new, Alt-J enhanced trailer for the film to share with you.

The Way, Way Back centres on Duncan (Liam James), a shy teen struggling with the prospect of a summer with his mum (Toni Collette) and her overbearing boyfriend (Steve Carell).

A quiet type, Duncan has trouble fitting in until he befriends Owen (Sam Rockwell), the charismatic, quirky manager of the local Water Wizz water park. With the help of Owen and the eccentrics (including both Rash and Faxon) who work at the park, Duncan comes out of his shell, and even tries romancing a local girl (AnnaSophia Robb).

With a top notch supporting cast boasting the comic powers of Maya Rudolph, Allison Janney, Rob Corddry and Amanda Peet, and Rash popping up in a hilarious-looking cameo, this one has summer delight written all over it. It's out on August 28.
