Last night the cast of swooning period romance Water For Elephants descended on London for the movie's UK premiere. Reese Witherspoon, Christoph Waltz, director Francis Lawrence and the artist formerly known as R-Patz were all present and correct to stroll the red carpet. Sadly their four-legged cohort, E-Phantz, had other commitments.
Kitting out the Westfield in circus finery, the premiere mirrored the movie's setting down to the last acrobat. Witherspoon and Pattinson haven't had the most of harmonious of times of late, but the two had their zillion megawatt smiles back on to talk forbidden love, high wires and thirsty elephants.
The movie sees Witherspoon play the showgirl wife of neglectful circus impresario August (Waltz) who falls for Pattinson's runaway with dire consequences. Rosie plays the elephant. Click below for more straight from the horse's mouth.
