Exclusive look at Moore & Meyers

UK Quad For Shelter

Julianne Moore, presumably having sobered up after her fabulously sozzled turn in A Single Man, is playing a forensic psychiatrist in her new film Shelter. And she'll be acting opposite Jonathan Rhys-Meyers, who's taking a break from shagging courtiers and beheading wives to play a patient with multiple personalities. So not much of a change from Henry VIII then.

The plot sees Moore become intrigued by the fact that all of her patient's personalities appear to be murder victims. Supernatural shenanigans? Some Primal Fear-type scam? Only time and the price of an admission ticket will tell.

The film was directed by Måns Mårlind and Björn Stein, but is apparently "from the writers of Identity and the producers of The Ring", which would explain why this poster feels a little familiar. Still, looks a bit creepy, eh?

Shelter is out in the UK on April 9.
