Two New Trailers For Bad Neighbours

With its title altered (and spell-checked for UK audiences, thank goodness) to avoid any confusion with the residents of Ramsay Street, the film known here as Bad Neighbours has not been shy of showing off its rude wares via Red Band trailers. Here are two more, one for American audiences and another aimed squarely at us “internationals.” Be wary of bad language, sexual content and Zac Efron's ridiculously ripped torso.

Bad Neighbours finds Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne as Mac and Kelly Radner, a young married couple with their first child who have just ploughed all their savings into what they hope will be their dream family home. Then the dream becomes a party-powered nightmare when a fraternity led by Teddy (Zac Efron), Pete (Dave Franco) and Scoonie (Christopher Mintz-Plasse) moves in next door.

Though Mac and Kelly initially try to be chill with their new neighbours, the age gap becomes a yawning chasm as the frat’s wild bacchanals threaten their peaceful existence and disrupt their daughter’s already changeable infant sleeping patterns. Soon it’s all-out prank war between the two sides: neither side wants to move, and whoever wins, peace loses.

Forgetting Sarah Marshall’s Nicholas Stoller is behind the camera for this one, which was written by Andrew Jay Cohen and Brendan O’Brien. It’ll be troubling our cinemas on May 9.
