The cast and crew of Len Wiseman's Total Recall got its collective ass down to Leicester Square last night to meet its public and generally bask in the red carpet glamour. With Arnold Schwarzenegger also in London to talk Expendables 2, it meant two Doug Quaids in the city at exactly the same time. Philip K. Dick would surely approve.
Colin Farrell, Bill Nighy, Kate Beckinsale and Wiseman himself were all present and correct to chat to the crowds about Quaid's new adventures. "In the film I'm either fighting, jumping, falling, shooting or being shot at," grinned Farrell, whose version of the sci-fi enigma is strictly Earthbound in the new version.
