Tom Hiddleston Talks Thor

Tom Hiddleston toddled along to the Jameson Empire Awards on Sunday night, and in between presenting an award and enjoying the company of his fellow beautiful people, he found time to share a little news on Kenneth Branagh's Thor, in which he plays trickster god Loki.

Hiddleston has now seen the film, and while it's no surprise that he likes it, he sounds genuinely effusive about it. He compares it in tone to Richard Donner's Superman: The Movie. "Chris [Hemsworth] is like Christopher Reeve in that he can do two things: he can wear a big red cape without a shred of self-consciousness. But he's also funny as hell, and he's so sweet. So with all the fish-out-of-water stuff, he's so funny. So he does almost two jobs in a way."

Check out the rest of his take, and his report on the current state of play with The Avengers, watch the video below.
