For those of you jaded by the somewhat bonkers choices in certain other awards nominations of late, feel better, because the Producer's Guild of America has said their piece – and they're far more... well, to be expected.
In fact, in their awards – typically reliable barometers for Academy's own nominations, with the PGA eventually picking Hurt Locker, for example, last year – have only left off one notable film many would deem worthy: Winter's Bone.
The Town and 127 Hours look like the ones that could possibly be replaced by Winter's Bone by the time the Oscar noms come around, but we'll have to wait and see come January 25 for that one.
Still, this is a pretty clear indicator as to who's in the main awards race this year... If you had to put money on it now, who'd make your Oscar cut? Let us know in the comment box below.
