The correct answer is, of course, all of the above but mostly C, as the latest picture from the Marvel film shows where Odin and co spend most of their time.
The LA Times debuted the image this weekend, and we’re treated to not only a peek at Odin’s (Anthony Hopkins) design taste, but also Rene Russo’s Frigga, Tadanobu Asano’s Hogun and Josh Dallas’ Fandral. Oh, and if you look really closely at the left, you can see that Loki (Tom Hiddleston) is wearing his ceremonial horned helmet. Well, either that, or he arrived thinking they were having a stag-themed fancy dress party. It definitely bears some Branagh-like touches. Anyone else reminded of his Hamlet?
Kneeling in the middle, of course, is Thor (Chris Hemsworth), likely in the middle of being told off by his pop for starting a war. The film will see him cast down to Earth for his arrogance and forced to live among humans where he has the remarkable good fortune to meet sexy scientist Jane (Natalie Portman). Admittedly, he also has to stop Loki from unleashing Asgard’s darkest forces upon the Earth, but even we wouldn’t mind being banished somewhere if Natalie Portman was already there.
Thor arrives in cinemas next May, and will be just one of the movies given the hype treatment at Comic-Con this week.
