Thor: The Dark World is already smashing its cine-hammer around UK screens; but for US readers and those in other territories who don’t have the chance to watch it yet – and who might be fans of Zachary Levi as Fandral (we know there are a few of you) – the man himself visited a VH1 talk show across the pond and brought a clip of Fandral in action.
Levi, of course, took over the role from Josh Dallas, who appeared in Thor. The clip finds the blond-locked member of the Warriors Three in full Errol Flynn mode, taking out bad guys and barely breaking a sweat doing it.
For anyone who still doesn’t know, the film itself finds Thor (Chris Hemsworth) having to fight a new, but technically ancient, enemy that has arisen to bring darkness to Asgard and the rest of the Nine Realms. Malekith (Christopher Eccleston) and his cohorts are swarming across the galaxy and Earth is in very real danger. So what’s a warrior to do? Why, get help from the last person he should ask: Loki (Tom Hiddleston).
Thor: The Dark World is now playing in the UK. US readers (and our Man In LA, who is writing this news story and trying not to grumble as he does so) will have to wait until next week.
