Nothing says true love like a road trip with your best (platonic) buddy and an alien hitchhiker - which must be why** Paul** is hitting UK cinemas on Valentine's Day. Well, we've got to celebrate the searing man-love between Simon Pegg and Nick Frost somehow. And now, to prepare you (somewhat) for that spectacle is an exclusive clip from the film, showcasing the comic stylings of the awesome Ms Kristen Wiig. Warning: it may be slightly spoilerific in that it comes about halfway through the film.
The film sees Pegg's Graeme and Frost's Clive roadtripping across the UK and picking up alien hitcher Paul (voiced by Seth Rogen) and, for reasons that you'll have to watch the movie to find out, Kristen Wiig's Ruth. The product of a sheltered and religious upbringing, Ruth lets freedom go a little to her head when she meets the boys - as you can see here when she experiments with new substances.
Paul is out, as we mentioned, on February 14. Check back next week for lots more on what promises to be one out-of-this-world effort*.
