It doesn't take a wild leap of logic to work out the twist in Mark Romanek's adaptation of Never Let Me Go, but for those at the back of the class, this new full-length trailer should fill in the gaps. Or to put more succinctly: "Here be spoilers!"
Not only has Never Let Me Go scored the prestigious opening slot at this year's London Film Festival, the sci-fi/romance also boasts source material that came within a John Banville novel of scoring the Booker Prize, and a seriously talented cast. The trailer, and film, centers on three of them, Ruth (Keira Knightley), Kathy (Carey Mulligan) and Tommy (Andrew Garfield), pupils at a rural boarding school whose seemingly idyllic childhoods are clouded by a nightmarish future.
Unless you can lay your hands on those gold-dust rare LFF tickets, you'll be able to catch Never Let Me Go when it's released on February 11.
