The Project Formerly Known As Safety Man has lined up a rather spiffing comedy cast. John C. Reilly, Marisa Tomei and Jonah Hill are in talks to star in a new relationship comedy for the Duplass Brothers.
The story sees Reilly's divorced man meet the woman of his dreams (Tomei). The only problem is her teenage son (Hill), who has no interest in sharing his mother with another man.
Mark and Jay Duplass previously directed a number of indie movies, including The Puffy Chair and Baghead. This is, however, their first studio feature, so the first time they'll have a guy to run and get coffee for them on set, or chairs with their names on (we guess). Let's just hope they come up with a name for the thing soon. In the meantime, you can see Reilly in the upcoming Cirque du Freak and 9; Tomei in Darren Aronofsky's wonderful The Wrestler and Hill in Judd Apatow's Funny People.
