There are five new pictures from Denzel Washington's post-apocalyptic appearance in The Book Of Eli online now on USA Today, and they give us a tantalising taste of what we can expect from the Hughes Brothers movie.
The paper also has a few words from both Washington and his directors on the film, explaining a little more about the plot and what we can expect. In a post-apocalyptic world, Washington's Eli comes to a fork in the road as his iPod batteries run out, and decides to head into a town to charge up and get water. The town he finds, however, is run by Carnegie (Gary Oldman) who shows an unwarranted interest in the Book that Eli carries that may provide salvation for the world.
