The clock is ticking on Avengers: Age Of Ultron and possibly the entire future of Marvel’s ultimate dream team. The movie lands in exactly a month and, released under the film's code name 'After Party', it has a final poster to share with the world. The world that it may be about to REDUCE TO DUST. In a good way. Click on the images for a closer look, especially at news that Anthony Mackie's Falcon/Sam Wilson is definitely appearing in this one and that Danny Elfman will be contributing in an 'additional music' capacity.

Plot-wise, of course, malevolent A.I. Ultron (voiced and performance-captured by James Spader) is posing a twin threat to Rogers, Stark, Banner et al: firstly, with its megalomaniac agenda and ability to reduce large swathes of the planet to dust, it’ll prove a formidable foe; and secondly, the fact that it was Tony Stark’s creation in the first place threatens to rent the team asunder. Especially the Stark (Robert Downey Jr.) and Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) departments.

And so Thor (Chris Hemsworth), Captain America (Chris Evans), Hulk (Mark Ruffalo), Black Widow (Scarlett Johansson) and Hawkeye (Jeremy Renner) along with Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) must once more do battle, with Falcon lending some feathery assistance. But how do you fight an enemy that can download itself into anything? And when serious cracks appear in their otherwise solid teamwork, what’s to stop the likes of Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor-Johnson) and Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) causing even more trouble?

Joss Whedon is back marshalling this one, and the film also features the likes of Don Cheadle, Andy Serkis, Paul Bettany and Thomas Kretschmann. Avengers: Age Of Ultron will be out in the UK on April 24. For more from some of the the key players, check out Empire's latest interviews with Whedon, Ruffalo and Downey Jr..
