Those fine folks at USA Today have gotten their hands on a bunch of new pictures from DreamWorks’ animal-tastic sequel – click the image below to have a closer gander.
While the slightly blocky look of the film is still unlikely to give Pixar animators any sleepless nights, the returning voice talent (Chris Rock, Ben Stiller, David Schwimmer and Jada Pinkett-Smith amongst others) and a lively pace should ensure plenty of box office kerchingery when this hits cinemas later this year.
Madagascar: Escape 2 Africa finds the displaced New Yorker creatures attempting to return to The Big Apple but finding themselves, thanks to a crazy penguin plan involving a crashed aircraft, instead transplanted to the wild plains of Africa.
