Lindsay Lohan has signed on board The Best Time Of Our Lives, which, surprisingly, isn’t a chronicle of her existence every night between the hours of midnight and 4am.
No, it’s the previously announced Dylan Thomas drama that already features Keira Knightley and was written by her mum, Sharman Macdonald.
The plot focuses on the relationship between Thomas, his wife Caitlin, childhood friend Vera Phillips (Knightley) and Phillips’ husband, William Killick, who ended up attacking Thomas’ home with a machine gun.
"It's a beautiful and amazing movie - a piece [that] takes place at the time of World War II," Lohan told MTV. "I have a child in the movie. Keira is older than me, but she kind of has a mysterious relationship with my lover," Lohan reveals. "And then there's somewhat of a lesbian undertone."
No, you can’t book tickets now, and there’s no such thing as a time machine. You’ll have to wait until Jacket director John Maybury has directed the thing. He starts work next April.
