Roll up, roll up for Jack Ryan Mark IV, Chris Pine, delivering handsomeness and charisma aplenty as his new action thriller Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit made its European bow on the West End red carpet last night. As spy business goes, it wasn't the most discrete of entries, but then it'd be a pretty rubbish premiere if it was held in a Moscow car park.

Pine was joined by Keira Knightley, Kevin Costner and his director / co-star Kenneth Branagh in Leicester Square to talk espionage, dresses and Ryan himself. Click on the video to witness them in all their finery. Or in one case, Pinery.

Shadow Recruit sees the freshly returned Ryan as a CIA analyst charged with tackling a Russian oligarch (Branagh), who combines international terrorism with destabilising shenanigans in the finance markets. Keira Knightley is also along for the ride as Ryan's in-the-dark girlfriend Cathy, while Kevin Costner provides world-weary support as his handler Harper.

Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit hits UK cinemas and IMAX screens on January 24. Head over to Empire's review for our analysis.
