Lest we forget, The Hunger Games: Catching Fire will be hitting cinemas in November. To keep that fact fresh in our minds and to give us all one more look at Katniss Everdeen (Jennifer Lawrence) before the film launches, here comes a new poster.
Keeping to the theme of rebellion and combat, we’re admonished to remember who the enemy is, which in Katniss’ case is the evil President Snow (Donald Sutherland) and the image-obsessed, privileged types in the Capitol who keep the poorer “Districts” of a future America in line through brutality and starvation.
Katniss has returned home safe after winning the gladiatorial-style 74th Annual Hunger Games, along with fellow tribute Peeta Mellark (Josh Hutcherson). Winning means that they must turn around and leave their family and close friends, embarking on a "Victor's Tour" of the districts. Along the way Katniss senses that a rebellion is simmering, but the Capitol is still very much in control as President Snow prepares the 75th Annual Hunger Games (The Quarter Quell) – a competition that could change Panem forever. {Empire's Hunger Games: Catching Fire Cover}
