One of the surprise hits of Sundance last year, deliriously silly blaxploitation spoof **Black Dynamite **has finally scored a UK release date. It'll deliver a massive dose of big-haired, nunchucking B-movie cool to your doorstep next month. To celebrate, here's a first look at the movie's new UK quad poster.
We say deliriously silly because Black Dynamite provided one of the trailers of last year, showing Michael Jai White's eponymous hero take it to The Man, bust open a city-wide drugs ring and pursue a conspiracy right the way to the White House. All while finding time in his busy schedule to make nice with the ladies.
It could be the least politically correct thing this side of The Killer Inside M****e, but substantially more entertaining with it. Expect a loving parody of Shaft-like '70s exploitationers and brace yourself for a nunchuck-off with Richard Nixon.
Black Dynamite is out in the UK on August 13.
