UPDATE: MSN UK have unveiled three new stills from The Lone Ranger, and you can check them out below. Audiences can expect more escapades with that train, it looks like...

After yesterday's influx of Lone Ranger stills, it's a great pleasure to offer up another hit of Gore Verbinski's upcoming Western in the form of this rather clever (and exclusive) graffiti-themed international teaser poster below.

For those not in the know, The Lone Ranger is a much-loved American television and radio icon based on the tales of an ex-Texas Ranger called John Reid – a man who dons a black, Zorro-like mask to battle injustice and fight for the American way in the Wild West. In next year's movie, he's played by** Mirror Mirror / The Social Network**'s Armie Hammer.

Aiding him in his quest is close friend and travelling companion Tonto, a Native American from the Potawatomi nation whose name translates as "wild one". He calls the Lone Ranger "kemosabe", which means "trusted scout", which is as close to a catchphrase as he gets compared to the Lone Ranger's "Hi-yo, Silver! Away!"

As you may have worked out already, he's played by Johnny Depp in this version, and from the look of things the pairing may not always be friends in the film (see frowny photos below).

British **Lone Ranger **fans will have to wait until August 9 next year to see them in action, whereas all-American Tonto aficionados only have until July 3 before they can see what the gang have been up to.
