Nicole Kidman signed on to star in the movie adaptation of play Rabbit Hole nearly two years ago, but it looks like the film's finally moving forward, with the news that Aaron Eckhart has signed on to co-star.
The story concerns a happily married couple whose "lives are disrupted" when their 4 year-old son is tragically killed in a traffic accident (no kidding). They must go on a "redemptive journey" to "regain their happiness". Er, we're pretty sure it must be better than that description to have attacted Kidman and Eckhart.
Shortbus' John Cameron Mitchell is directing, but this time we're not actually expecting to see graphic sex scenes. Although, y'know, it could liven things up.
