Like Bryan Singer, Dwayne Johnson is not a man to stay away from The Twitters just because he’s busy shooting. He’s been posting a steady stream of images from his work on Brett Ratner’s new Hercules film, keeping us all updated on everything from the set to, um, his helmet and has now added an Instagram video to the list.

This is just a fun little moment of Johnson having a giggle at a crewmember’s expense, horror movie-style. Talking of the set, Johnson has also tweeted a pic of one of the massive structures they're shooting in, which you can see below.

Hercules, based on the Radical Comics Thracian Wars run, finds the titular figure as a battle-weary warrior instead of the usual demi-god. Offered a big pay-day to train up the Thracian king’s army, the mercenary and his men accept the job, only to discover a dark side to the request and a dangerous enemy lurking both within and without. Soon, Hercules is questioning his own actions, and finding that the real battle will be for his soul...

Joining Johnson in the cast are Ian McShane, John Hurt, Rufus Sewell, Joseph Fiennes, Aksel Hennie, Tobias Santelmann, Rebecca Ferguson, Joe Anderson and Ingrid Bolso Berdal. Ratner is rolling the cameras in Budapest and Hercules will be out on July 25 next year.
