Looks like there might be light at the end of the Bourne IV tunnel after all. Following hot on the heels of the news that director Paul Greengrass won't be back for a fourth instalment in the adventures of everyone's favourite amnesiac assassin, Matt Damon - the one man without whom a Bourne movie would really be unthinkable - says that he's remaining loyal to his friend and director, and is confident that Greengrass will return.

Now that's not just confident; that's very confident. But then again, the ball is firmly in Damon and Greengrass' court. Universal wants a fourth Bourne to happen, preferably by the summer of 2011, and if Damon sticks to his guns, then it's very possible that Greengrass may well come back on board.
