As well as getting to see **The Muppets **months before us Limeys do, those lucky American folk will also get to see a special **Toy Story **short that'll play before it – one called "Small Fry'.

Why 'Small Fry'? Well that's down to a new character, a tiny, Happy Meal-sized version of Buzz that kidnaps the great space ranger to take over his happy, play-filled existence.

Though it's been described as "like the Prince and the Pauper tale for toys" by writer/director Angus MacLane, it also includes something very unlike Mark Twain's novel... group therapy.

Buzz is forced into attending discarded fun meal toy psychotherapy groups, finding himself increasingly awkward situations when he knows in his heart of hearts that he should be heading into infinity and beyond, not discussing his feelings.

These images we've got for you below are the first stills from the short, and then at the bottom of the page is a little video clip to give you an even better taste of it.A lot of the voices of these new mini toys are provided by MacLane himself, but Mini Buzz will be brought to life by Pixar director Teddy Newton, who's the man behind many other shorts, notably last year's 'Day & Night'.

The other new star of note is Glee's Jane Lynch, playing the vain support-group leader called Neptuna in the seven minute short. Seven minutes! Oh Pixar, you really are spoiling us...

'Small Fry' will show before screenings of The Muppets come February 10, 2012.
