Actor Brad Renfro was found dead in his Los Angeles apartment yesterday, it has been reported. Renfro, who is best known for roles in his teenage years, was just 25. No cause of death has been given, but it has been widely reported throughout Renfro's career that he has struggled with drug abuse problems.
Renfro first came to fame in the John Grisham adaptation The Client and then followed up with impressive performances in Sleepers and Apt Pupil. His career slowed down once he hit his twenties, although he appeared occasionally in smaller movies like Bully and The Jacket. His final performance will be seen in Bret Easton Ellis' The Informers.
