It's the week after the Oscars, so news is pretty slow because all of Hollywood still has a hangover. Except for Blair Underwood, who has announced plans to direct his first film. Wow, that segue was loose.
TV star Underwood will direct The Bridge To Nowhere, the story of four blue-collar men who team up with a prostitute to start an upper class escort service. Ving Rhames has signed to star, with filming to start in Pittsburgh next month.
