It's been a very long time coming, but here at last is our first real look at Steven Spielberg's The Adventures Of Tintin: The Secret Of The Unicorn in all its glory. You can watch it below, or head over to Apple for a bigger version if you have a bit more time on your hands and fancy seeing it looking even shinier.
The film stars Jamie Bell as the intrepid reporter Tintin who, along with his dog Snowy, gets involved in a search for sunken treasure with the drunken Captain Haddock (Andy Serkis) and detectives Thompson (Simon Pegg) and Thomson (Nick Frost). Said treasure belonged to notorious 17th century pirate Red Rackham (Daniel Craig), but clues surface hidden in old model ships that might just lead to that fortune.
It's probably worth mentioning that the script here, while based on three of Herge's books, was written for the screen by Steven Moffat (of Doctor Who fame), Joe Cornish and Edgar Wright. And Peter Jackson's producing with Spielberg. It's like all our favourite people got together and decided to make a movie. Hurrah!
