Family Guy Presents Stewie Griffin: The Untold Story Review

TV's most anarchic family get a feature-length outing, albeit on DVD. Focusing on the best characters — Stewie the megalomaniac toddler and Brian the talking dog — the movie seems to have everything going for it. And sure enough, the biting satire and loony wit are present and correct, with plenty of laugh-out-loud moments. The only problem is the format becomes wearing over 90 minutes, with frequent, “This reminds me of the time when…” tangential jokes distracting from an already unstructured plot. Still, for addicts, it’s a welcome hit.
