Following on from the teaser that landed back in January, we now have the full trailer ahead of the show's return later this month. And if you're ready to dive back into the darkness and madness.

Season 2 should pick up where the first left off, splitting its time between the past — where a teenage soccer team is trying to survive in the wilderness after a plane crash – and the present, where those who made it back are still wrangling with the legacy of their actions, which included a cannibal cult. You know, the usual stuff sports teams get up to on trips.

With the likes of Sophie Thatcher, Sophie Nélisse, Courtney Eaton, Jasmin Savoy Brown and Liv Hewson playing the teens and Melanie Lynskey, Christina Ricci and Juliette Lewis as the grown survivors (plus Lauren Ambrose joining the ranks of the older characters this year and Elijah Wood as "citizen detective" Walter who helps Ricci's Misty figure out what's happening to them all) Yellowjackets promises to provide some answers, but also deepen the mystery.

Yellowjackets will be back in the States via Showtime streaming on 24 March (with an on-air debut on 26 March) and is scheduled for the 24th on Paramount+ in the UK. Read our exclusive interview with executive producer Jonathan Lisco here.
