The Season 3 finale of Succession delivered one of the best curveballs of the show so far – spoiler warning, if you haven’t watched it yet. Shiv (Sarah Snook) was planning to team up with brothers Roman (Kieran Culkin) and Kendall (Jeremy Strong) to turn against her father Logan (Brian Cox), but husband Tom Wambsgans (Matthew Macfadyen) betrayed her by siding with Logan first, clueing him in on the Roy kids’ incoming revolt. Succession is no stranger to backstabbing – but this was next level. The aftermath of that move clearly spills into the fourth season, the new teaser for which shows the siblings finally trying to work together, and Tom attempting to assert his safety as part of Team Logan.
