It’s A Sin And Landscapers Lead The BAFTA TV Nominations 2022

It's A Sin

This year's BAFTA Television nominations have been announced and, in contrast to the Emmys and other US TV awards lists, it's predictably UK-heavy, with the likes of Russell T. Davies' It's A Sin and Ed Sinclair’s Landscapers earning the most nods.

Succession, meanwhile, normally so dominant at TV awards, squeaked in as part of the International section and via Matthew MacFadyen popping up in the Supporting Actor category.

Shows including Too Close, Stath Lets Flats, Time and Help also feature strongly on the lists, while there is an emotional poignant, posthumous nomination for comedian Sean Lock, who died last August.

The BAFTA TV Awards ceremony will happen on 8 May, with the Craft Awards scheduled for 24 April.
