Upcoming A-lister Vince Chase (Adrian Grenier) and his East Coast posse continue to wring every last drop of pleasure from his newfound fame. With an edgy indie role generating positive buzz, pathological agent Ari Gold (Jeremy Piven, still the highlight) sets about getting Vince the lead in Hollywood’s hottest project — James Cameron’s Aquaman. It’s to the show’s credit that these guys are still interesting, let alone loveable, and the half-hour format remains a wise choice. No opportunity is missed to film the boys on location, from Comic-Con to the Playboy Mansion, and the cameos come thick and fast.
