If you love to watch films, then really every week could be called a mega movie week. As it turns out, this week officially is "Mega Movie Week", complete with capital letters and everything. It’s even got its own website.
Between the 20th and 26th January, eight digital services (including Amazon Prime, Apple TV and Microsoft) are teaming up with ten studios (such as Lionsgate, Disney and Sony) to offer huge price reductions across hundreds of digital titles, many of which appeared in Empire’s recent 100 Greatest Movies of the 21st Century rundown.
The deals apply across both new and classic releases, and include standard, high and 4K definition versions, allowing you to simply download and keep your chosen movie to watch time and time again, across multiple devices. (Even if you haven’t got a 4K UHD device, they’ll automatically scale the definition to your device).
Prices start from as low as £2.49, so get to your preferred provider, log in and get digging. You’re bound to find something to your liking.
We do receive commission for purchases made through our links.
