The Game Of Thrones team found themselves in an interesting position this year at the San Diego Comic-Con. Usually, the show has finished airing its season, but thanks to the delay required to shoot in chillier weather, the series has only just kicked off Season 7. So while there was a trailer for what is to come down the line this year (which you can find below), most of the talk turned to the past.

This year's panel was hosted by Hodor himself, Kristian Nairn, leading to plenty of good-natured ribbing of Isaac Hempstead Wright.

Elsewhere, the cast (which included John Bradley, Sophie Turner, Nathalie Emmanuel, Liam Cunningham, Jacob Anderson, Conleth Hill, Alfie Allen (plus adorable Pomeranian pup Abbey) and Gwendoline Christie dodged questions about what's next for their future, but gamely fielded ideas about what they might do if they won the Iron Throne. There were jokes about who they'd bring back to life (Turner would resurrect Joffrey because she misses Jack Gleeson, even though the suggestion drew boos from the crowd, while Nairn none-too-subtly suggested his own character for a return.) Christie, meanwhile, expressed a desire to appear in a musical, even as she doubts her own singing abilities.

Game Of Thrones is airing now on Sundays via HBO in the US and Mondays on Sky Atlantic in the UK.
