Original Title:

Monte Carlo or Bust

An old warhorse, with Tony Curtis, Susan Hampshire, Terry-Thomas, Eric Sykes, Peter Cook, Dudley Moore, and Gert Probe all scheming to sideswipe each other on the famous 1500 mile rally in the 20s.

A makeshift sequel to Those Magnificent Men In Their Flying Machines, this just has too many cooks spoiling the broth again as stars from every major territory where they wanted to sell the film get drafted in to do their own scenes to boost its international appeal. Terry-Thomas and Eric Sykes are fun, however, as the originals for Dick Dastardly and Muttley, and Jimmy Durante contributes an unforgettably rasped theme song.

The get-up and go just got-up and went in this over-hash of wacky racers.
