Journo Dolph Lundgren digs into an attack on an American army base in Israel, and discovers a conspiracy to let out a nerve gas in Jerusalem during the Easter holidays. Quite apart from the fact that the human hunk doesn’t look as if he could read let alone win a Pulitzer Prize, this is a terribly conceived thriller with all the suspence of a trip to the launndrette, with not as much action.
In a mildly diverting finish, a wounded Lundgren staggers along the Via Dolorosa — the path Jesus took to the cross — in order to save the world.
