Gruff Rhys of rockers Super Furry Animals’ second “investigative concert tour” traces John Evans’ 18th-century quest to find a mythical Welsh-speaking Native American tribe. The music is incidental, but Rhys pulls a rousing finale from the jaws of an anticlimax, and some of his encounters are genuinely moving.
