Somehow in between battling for the eighteenth hole with boyfriend Michael Douglas, Catherine Zeta-Jones has managed to enter some pretty strenuous negotiations of her own. Rumours are rife that the Welsh seductress is about to sign a deal to star in Beyond Borders alongside Kevin Costner. The movie is, by all accounts, an epic love story between an American doctor and a British relief worker (Costner and Zeta-Jones respectively) who both work for the UN. Produced and directed by Oliver Stone - who last teamed up with Costner on JFK - the project seems bound for success. That'll be good news for Costner who last few movies, including the latest, For Love of the Game, have all tanked at the box office. Beyond Borders is only the fifth project Zeta-Jones has signed to since her star-making role in Zorro last year. Since then she's been in The Haunting, has filmed a cameo role for Stephen Frear's upcoming High Fidelity and has just signed to the sci-fi thriller The Tenth Victim directed by Lee Tamahori.
