Western drama The Harder They Fall already had a pretty damn good cast, with Idris Elba and The Last Black Man In San Francisco's Jonathan Majors aboard. It just added a load of great actors, with Zazie Beetz, Regina King, Delroy Lindo, LaKeith Stanfield, Danielle Deadwyler, Edi Gathegi and RJ Cyler signing on.
Jeymes Samuel (AKA The Bullitts) is in the director's chair, and wrote the script alongside Boaz Yakin. The film will find Majors as Nat Love, who discovers that the man (Elba) who killed his parents two decades ago is being released from prison. He reunites with his gang to track his enemy down and seek his revenge.
This has naturally leapt from "interesting" to "must see". The Harder They Fall is in pre-production now, and should arrive on Netflix next year.
