The Wonder Woman 1984 gang brought footage from the film to the San Diego Comic-Con way back in 2018. For the Sao Paulo version, there's a chance for everyone to see more of the superhero follow-up, as Gal Gadot and director Patty Jenkins were among those unveiling the first full trailer, which is now online.
While much of the actual story remains largely under wraps, we do know that the '80s-set adventure finds Gadot's Diana Prince dealing with the dastardly machinations of villains such as Kristen Wiig's Cheetah and Pedro Pascal's Max Lord.
There will be a return engagement for Chris Pine's Steve Trevor (still no idea how given that he was seen to perish heroically at the end of the first movie), plus Robin Wright's Antiope and Connie Nielsen's Hippolyta. Some character posters have also debuted, showing Pine sporting a fetching bum bag (fanny pack to those of you in the States) and what we can only assume is what Pascal looks like under his Mandalorian armour.
