With motion posters less of a novelty and more a standard part of lots of films’ marketing campaigns these days, the challenge is now to use the technology to come up with something fun and unique. Kudos, then, to the team behind The Woman In Black, which has crafted a superbly creepy effort for the film (run your mouse over it for the full effect), which you can see below courtesy of EW.
The Woman In Blac****k stars Daniel Radcliffe as Arthur Kipps, a young lawyer dispatched to a remote village to sort through a recently deceased client’s papers.
But what he discovers is more than just a lot of paperwork: the locals have been terrorised by a series of inexplicable accidents, and are paranoid about the house that Kipps will be working in. And then he finds out why, as the place is also home to the vengeful spirit of a woman and that spectral images wander the rooms. Soon, he’s fighting to save the life of his own child as the curse begins to affect him…
