The tenth installment of the Star Trek series, tentatively titled Star Trek X, has a writer confirmed, the official Star Trek websiterevealed. It's John Logan, whose previous credits include Bats and, according to the site, "work on the screenplays for "Any Given Sunday" and "Gladiator". Executive producer Rick Berman told Star Trek Communicator magazine that the movie will be, "a very action-oriented story that revolves around a remarkable villain. A higher percentage of this film will take place in outer space than in our previous films." The Next Generation cast will star, but no official plot details have been announced.
