Talking about his next film, Kill Bill Quentin Tarantino has revealed that star Uma Thurman will be showing a hitherto unseen side to her acting talents. "I wrote it for her," he told Mr Showbiz. "The reason I wanted to do that kind of movie, I wanted to see it with her. It was exciting [writing and thinking] of Uma's physicality, those long lanky legs and that blonde hair, and [her doing] animal-style kung fu or [using] the samurai-style sword." Apart from some lethal fighting moves, Thurman will be sporting a very special piece of movie memorabilia. "She'll be wearing the yellow track suit of Bruce Lee from Game of Death," revealed Tarantino. The film will star Thurman as an assassin called The Bride, shot and left for dead, she lapses into a coma and emerges five years later with less than warm and fluffy thoughts on her mind. She subsequently sets out to kill all the members of the assassin syndicate responsible for her 'murder', saving the leader, Bill, for last. Other stars attached to the project include Lucy Liu and Warren Beatty as Bill. Shooting on Kill Bill will begin in Spring 2002, after plans to shoot this year were put on hold due to Thurman's pregnancy.
