Here’s a twist we didn’t see coming: Thor is jumping on the vampire bandwagon, and making Loki a big ol’ fang club member! All right, calm down… He might have sharp pointy things in the film, but those are just the horns on his helmet. But based on these two new posters for the movie, you’d be forgiven for thinking that the halls of Asgard run red with claret.
Still, you’ve got to admit that you’d see them from across a room or, more pertinently, a crowded cinema lobby. The first poster features just Chris Hemsworth as the serious-looking hero, announcing him as the God of Thunder (because there are probably still people unaware of what his name means).
The second image lets some of the other main cast members, including Natalie Portman, Anthony Hopkins and Idris Elba get a look in, and has us thinking that Marvel might shove a few more of these things out into the world before the movie itself hits on April 27.
