There's no denying that the first full trailer for Wolfgang Petersen's Troy was mightily impressive. From the marauding Grecian fleet to the clash of troops outside the besieged city, everything looked glorious but something wasn't quite right. It might have been that the acting looked more wooden than the horse, but we came away with a shadow of doubt creeping across our former optimism. A second full trailer has now been revealed, though, and this one seems to acquit itself far better than its predecessor. Beginning with a voiceover from Julie Christie's Thetis (Achilles' mum), the trailer seems much better paced this time around with more action and less doe-eyed gazing. It's a streaming format and of extremely dubious quality but you can view the preview here.
