Production on the seventh – yes, there will be seven in the world – live-action Transformers movie, Rise Of The Beasts is well underway. And Creed II director Steven Caple Jr., the man tasked with making the latest clash between the Autobots and Decepticons (and others!), has hit Instagram with imagery of the metallic heroes and villains in vehicular shape. Check it out...
Rise Of The Beasts, which is set in 1994, will see the big screen Transformers gang interacting with characters and creatures from the Beast Wars spin-off TV series, which means Maximals, Predacons, and Terrorcons are all on their way to the cinema. Peter Cullen is naturally back voicing Optimus Prime, this time joined by Ron Perlman, who will vocally bring to life fellow hero Optimus Primal.
Caple Jr.'s images show off both sides of the conflict – Autobots and Decepticons, but we'll clearly have to wait to see the various beastly 'bots.
On the human side of things, Anthony Ramos and Dominique Fishback are the people interacting with the giant machines and doing their best not to get stepped on, eaten or otherwise murderlised in the course of the conflict.
Transformers: Rise Of The Beasts is scheduled to land in UK cinemas on 24 June next year.
