Despite intense security on the set of Lord of the Rings, a New Zealand website has managed to score with a host of pictures taken from inside the set which is situated in a suburb of the New Zealand capital of Wellington. Just one day into filming and the first photos of the set managed to sneak their way out. They show the constructed set for the town of Bree. Stuart Townsend who was playing one of the main lead roles, Aragorn, has departed - and Mr Showbiz reports that either Viggo Mortenson or Daniel Day Lewis are being slated to fill his shoes. 'Creative differences' were sited as a reason for Townsend's departure.
