Mia Wasikowska's Alice doesn't look like she's having a fun time of it back in the real world following the adventures of Alice In Wonderland. So you can imagine she's probably happy to get back there for Alice Through The Looking Glass, which has a new trailer on the web.
And good thing she returns, too, as the inhabitants of what they call Underland are in some serious trouble. The Mad Hatter (Johnny Depp) for one, is growing darker and needs her help. Then there's the trouble with Time (Sacha Baron Cohen), a literal character who is part-man and part-clock. He's been interfering with events, and Alice will have to make a journey to different points in Underland's history, meeting her friends at different times in their lives and sorting out the mess.
James Bobin takes over the director's chair from Tim Burton on this one, with Anne Hathaway, Helena Bonham Carter, the late Alan Rickman, Stephen Fry, Michael Sheen and Timothy Spall all returning for duty. Also new alongside Cohen this time? Rhys Ifans as Zanik Hightopp, AKA the Hatter's dad.
Alice Through The Looking Glass arrives on May 27.
