Téa Takes On Woody’s Curse

Hot from her star-making turn in The Family Man opposite Nicolas Cage, T Leoni has joined the cast of The Curse Of The Jade Scorpion aka The Untitled Woody Allen Project). Allen, who also stars and directs, has assembled a characteristically stellar cast for his annual release. Alongside Leoni the film will feature Dan Aykroyd, Helen Hunt, Elizabeth Berkely (whose post-Showgirls career highlight was a small role in Allen’s Celebrity), John Schuck, David Ogden Stiers and Woody stalwart Wallace Shawn. Meanwhile, Leoni’s husband, David Duchovy, narrowly escaped serious injury after a fire damaged scenery on the set of his alternative reality sci-fi flick Evolution. Keeping as cool a head as his Fox Mulder alter-ego, Duchovny responded to the unscheduled break in filming by going shopping.
