If you were concerned that the first full trailer forPirates Of The Caribbean: Salazar's Revenge (the somewhat mystifying UK title for fifth voyage Dead Men Tell No Tales) had so far lacked anything from Johnny Depp's Captain Jack Sparrow, take heart: he's in this one. The new Pirates spot goes in big on the ghostly visions, with Javier Bardem's Salazar – a supernatural pirate captain on a revenge quest against his living brethren in general and Jack in particular – showing off a terrifying ship and some nifty new powers, including walking on water.
We're re-introduced to franchise regular Barbossa (Geoffrey Rush) and, unless we're mistaken, theres's a tiny glimpse of Orlando Bloom, too. Plus a lot of the expensive effects spectacle this franchise has become famous for.
With Joachim Ronning and Espen Sandberg at the helm, and Kaya Scodelario and Brenton Thwaites as the young adventurers this time around, Salazar's Revenge (we assume the name change was because dead men apparently can't shut up here) will sail in on 26 May.
